Here are some of our monthly recurring expenses that need to be addressed. You can also support us in kind

Regular groceries and provision needs: Please note - our life style and diet is very different, we eat local, natural and economical food. We do not want or need high priced items. We prefer products with less carbon foot print.

Also please note that we prefer more quantity of economical items rather than less quantity of expensive items. For example we prefer two bags of rice that costs around Rs 800/- rather than one bag of rice which costs more than Rs 1500/-. We would prefer 8 kgs of pea nuts for Rs 700 rather than 500g of cashew nuts for Rs 700.

a) Ragi (finger millet), Jowar, Jaggery, sprouting grains (less expensive ones please) - Horse gram, green gram, whole Bengal gram, cow pea, peas
b) Ground nut oil, coconut oil, mustard oil for cooking
c) Fruits, Vegetables, Eggs
d) Castor oil and Coconut oil for hair

Regular medical needs: Nilgiris Oil, Vicks vacorub, Amruthanjan, zandu balm, Savlon, Glycirin, cotton

Drinking water - Rs 3600/- per month
Rent - Rs 27,500/- per month
Domestic water - Rs 3000/- per month
Milk - Rs 2100/- per month
Electricity - Rs 2100/- per month
Cooking LPG Cylinder - Rs 2400/- per month
Provisions - Rs 7,000/- per month
Vegetables - Rs 2400/- per month
Cook - Rs 4400/- per month
Kannada Tutor - Rs 3000/- per month
Part Time Warden - Rs 5000/- per month

We currently have limited staff due to budget restrictions

We are one big happy family; we do most of our work ourselves with very less staff.
So, we always appreciate some help.
It’s also a good way for one to experience our life and a chance to spend some time with us.
